Youtube has the best tutorials. Just look up ';makeup tutorials';, it's the best!
you can go to the body shop website, they just launched their new product line, and there are some videos to show how to do dramatic eye makeup, i've been browsing through sephora.com as well, under the how-to-videos, or u can go to major cosmetics company website (chanel, guerlain, etc), there are tons of videos there.
