I suggest, the Mary Kay Oil-Free Eye Makeup remover. You shouldn't be pulling or tugging at the eye. The eye is a very sensitive area. Once your eye gets out of shape it doesn't go back.

I suggest Mary Kay Eye Make Up Remover; it works great and I use it with my contacts in. Also, a cheap alternative is petroleum jelly! Yes you can, just make sure if you accidentally get any in your eye that you rinse your eye AND your lens well.
Take out your lens and rinse in solution thoroughly as some make up remover may remain on the lens and when you put it back in your eye it will sting again.
