What color eye makeup would go well with a pink prom dress?

I have blue eyes and medium to dark brown hair. I don't want to use pink makeup though, I just don't like the way it looks on myself. Any suggestions?What color eye makeup would go well with a pink prom dress?

I agree with the people here go with a smokey eye. You can do a smokey plum, or a smokey brown or a smokey grey and silver. Just dont do pink! And if you decide to go with the smoky eye, the rest of the makeup should be toned down, the lips should be a neutral gloss. etc.


If you decide to go a more natural look like champagne and shimmer on the eyes.. you could give a nice flush to the cheeks and lips.What color eye makeup would go well with a pink prom dress?

Any neutral light or if you want sexy...so a smokey black.
nueturals(for the eyes) and black mascara
a light gold or something in that range
just use black eyeliner, mascara, lip gloss just be simple and u will look so pretty

try a subtle goldish-brownish. something that will look sexy in your prom pics!
soft brown eyeshadow maybe with a little gold will enhance your blue eyes and would be very affective without it looking too over done.
i think a silver eye shadow would complete your look and go great with blue eyes and med-dark brown hair....silver isn't to dark and it's not to light so that it won't be noticed. pink and silver are actually good colors to combine because they don't clash with each other....

You could use balck and go for a more smokey approach to it.
It doesn't have to be pink.





If you go kindof in-between those colors, pink %26amp; red, for a light red color, not too dark, but not too light, that should work.

pink makes your eyes look real tired.


so go for some metallic cream eyeshadow. ( cus you get hot and sweaty when you dance, and you dont wnat that makeup to come off). maybe a gold or sliver. that will really make your eyes stand out.
i say if you did a black smokey eye it would look really cute against the pink. or maybe like a light brown-champagne color. they would both be cute.

a super smoky brown would really compliment the dress and your eyes. if you're daring, try a dark emerald green. Violet stands out against your hair, eyes, and dress, and, from what i know, makes you stand out.
