What is the best way to use vasaline to remove eye makeup?

I heard vasaline (petroleum jelly) works great when removing eye makeup. I feel like if I try this I will have a big greasy eye. How do I use vasaline for this?What is the best way to use vasaline to remove eye makeup?
I've been using vaseline for over 35 years to remove my eye makeup. It works great and costs next to nothing. I use a facial tissue like Kleenex, dip it in the vaseline (careful not to touch the vaseline with my hands), and rub it all over my eyes. I follow up with a wet wash cloth to get the remainder off and take away the shine. It works great and that is what my mother used also. It is tried and true. Just make sure your hands are always clean and don't touch the inside of the jar of vaseline. It can easily grow bacteria like a petrie dish.What is the best way to use vasaline to remove eye makeup?

Dab some vaseline on a ball of cotton wool and wipe it around your eyes. Wash with facial cleanser and water afterwards to ensure the complete removal of the make-up.
i wouldn't use Vaseline it clogs your pores.. use your facial cleanser. a good inexpensive brand is IS clinical you don't need a toner because it doesn't change the pH of your skin and its very mild...
No, just go to walmart and purchase some makeup remover. Much simpler!

Well, most eye make up removers in drugstores work too and cost less than the name brand ones. If you do use Vasaline, you have to use a Q-tip and sponge it off. After its removed you need to wash your face with an oil free cleanser 2 times to get rid of the Vasaline or it will make your skin really oily and gross.

I would recommend eye make up remover. I used vaseline once and because it was so heavy and greasy, I had this film over my pupils that made everything hazy for awhile. Not good. I've never had that problem with eye makeup remover.
Fill a cake decorater tool with Vasoline and blow it all over your eyes, then wipe it on your favorite white shirt.
take a ear cleaner thingy and swipe a little from the vaseline jar, and put it on the areas with make-up. After wards, rinse ur face of with some warm water.
