How much eye makeup to wear every day?

I have medium brown hair, brown eyes, and fairly pale skin. Here's my dilemma: I have a prominent nose and I've been wearing quite a bit of eye makeup to take the attention off of my nose. Also, I just look boring without eye makeup. How much should I wear and what colors are good for me?How much eye makeup to wear every day?
smoke your eyes, use browns and golds, line your eyes and then take a brush and smudge the liner, make it look smoky, and then use mascara, and alittle lip gloss ...less is moreHow much eye makeup to wear every day?
If you want to make your eyes really noticeable, don't go overboard with the eye makeup. Choose eye shadow colors that are bright and use a dark eyeliner, but don't put it on real heavy. A fine line half way across your eye, top and bottom will make the eyes look bigger. You want to draw attention to your eyes, but you don't want to overdo it, especially if you have nice eyes. Your make up should draw attention to your best features, not drown them out. Bright greens, like an emerald shade, for example or pinks that really stand out are good with brown eyes, but again, not too heavy. You need the brighter colors because the brown eyes and brown hair combined with natural or neutral colors will wash you out. Check out Smashbox cosmetics. Their colors really stand out. You can get them at Sephora.
i would wear natural tones and a mix of like golds and light browns would look really good on a brunette!
Try this

you wanna use eye shadow, go with brown/beige colors, very neutral. Or if you wanna spice it up, go with gold or bronze. Use brown eyeliner (if you want), and brown mascara. Browns are key! And if you aren't pale, then at night you can be daring and use black.

I suggest MAC eye shadows, and their eyeliner (fluid line). and I like covergirl's lash exact mascara. maybe some bronzing powder too (this is for daytime)

you should soo pick lke green, or blue, but teal will look afb on u . but always try something else, you can even make the eyeshadow thin , or wide, but if you have white skin i would prefer, getting those eyeshadow brush, those really thin ones. u can just pick the best color like teal ,and gently put it on.

if you make it wide, it will give more attention, but if you put thin, you can give a not-so-wild look , but a POP kin dof look, i would soo prefer, for you to put brown mascara, and brown eyeliner.when you, put EYE MAKEUP on you should not only do your eyes put youe lips ,i would put a lipstick on first that is like maybe, redish ,and pinkish, and add gloss to it, or find lipgloss that has the color.you should always have a balanced way of putting makeup, u soooo don't want makeup that is caked on.

Pink, Gold, Green, Blue, Silver.(nite and day if you want)

Hope these will help you out,

i think you should wear like mascara, eyeliner blush and lipgloss thats it i guess

dont go heavy on the foundation!
eyeshadow.
I would say maybe some mascara, a little liner (not thick or heavy though) and a neutral shadow.

I understand about your nose, but really you just need to be proud of your ancestry because that's where the nose comes from, your ancestors, and just own the nose. Try to find something positive about it. I'm blind in my left eye and as a result, it's almost closed, it's really small. I've always hated my pictures b/c my eye is always so obvious and so embarrassing. One of my exes made a comment that he loved my pictures b/c it looks like I'm winking at him, so I try to think about like that.

I use to wear really heavy makeup, too and always tried really hard to even out the size of my eyes, tried to create that illusion, like you're doing with your nose. Now, 10 years later, I don't really wear any makeup anymore. I realized that I was wearing the makeup as a mask to hide behind. I also realized that makeup should only be worn to enhance your natural beauty, not as a mask because you're not fooling anyone except your self.

I really encourage you to work on accepting your nose and your looks WITHOUT the makeup.
PLEASE not too much! i hate it when girls do that, they look so stupid!
You should go light on the eye makeup during the day and heavy at night. Its not as flatttering during the day.
for eyeshadow stick with softer colors during the daytime, and go heavier at night. I would also use a brown or black eyeliner on your upper lid only, it will really open up you eyes. Mascara is a must! Dont forget some lip gloss!
